Once your order is shipped:

7. Packaging and Safety
If your package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the package.
Immediately notify us with photos of the package at servemistoksh@gmail.com.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable contact number will incur re-shipping charges.
If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 6 hours at servemistoksh@gmail.com for correction.
9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the courier may contact you for rescheduling.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
