All orders are subject to product availability and verification of payment.
Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team begins processing it to ensure timely delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS containing your order number and summary.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to introduce it soon.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may increase slightly due to high order volume.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your tracking details.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

The standard delivery timeline (after dispatch) is as follows:

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on certain orders or promotions.

  • Any applicable charges will be mentioned before payment is made.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your package.

  • You can also log in to your StyloOutfit.com account → My Orders to check real-time status.

7. Packaging and Safety

We ensure your order is carefully packed using tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging materials.
Each item undergoes a quality and safety check before dispatch to minimize damage or mishandling during transit.

If your package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package.

  • Immediately notify us with photos of the package at servemistoksh@gmail.com.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and issue a replacement or refund.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable contact number will incur re-shipping charges.

  • If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 6 hours at servemistoksh@gmail.com for correction.


9. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the courier may contact you for rescheduling.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).


10. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, there may be rare cases of delays due to courier or weather conditions.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact our support team.

  • In case of lost shipments verified by the courier, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.


11. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them in separate parcels based on stock availability, warehouse location, or product type.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment (if applicable).

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier network disruptions.


13. Change or Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
