👤 1. Customer Cancellations

  • ✅ You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch.
  • 🚚 If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • 💳 For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

🏢 2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Sometimes, StyloOutfit may need to cancel an order due to unavoidable reasons, including:

  • ❌ Product being out of stock/unavailable.
  • 💰 Errors in pricing or product information.
  • ⚠️ Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity.
  • 🌪️ Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural calamities).

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
  • COD order refunds (if applicable) will be made via UPI or Bank Transfer.
